Why does this page look bad in IE???

Why does this page look bad in IE???
There seems to be an extra box or something that is dropping down below the tabs in IE. In firefox and chrome is looks good. I cannot pin point what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated! http://dev.beckin.com/products/bracelet-cross5.html

I found the issue There was a form nested within another form and that was causing it to get crazy.
