    Issues with CSS clipping

I have a page up at www.verbotenplanet.net/test.php that uses a little Photoshop-style window with a draggable layer inside. It works in general, except for when one drags the graphic up to high, it disappears. If you click on the top bar and drag the whole thing around, it comes back. If anybody has a clue to why this is happening, please let me know.
