    Link Colors in CSS

    I have the following code in my CSS:

    A:visited
    {
    FONT-WEIGHT: normal;
    FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt;
    COLOR: #000000;
    FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    TEXT-DECORATION: none
    }
    A:link
    {
    FONT-WEIGHT: normal;
    FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt;
    COLOR: #000000;
    FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    TEXT-DECORATION: none
    }
    A:active
    {
    FONT-WEIGHT: normal;
    FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt;
    COLOR: #000000;
    FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    TEXT-DECORATION: none
    }
    A:hover
    {
    FONT-WEIGHT: normal;
    FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt;
    COLOR: #183cad;
    FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    TEXT-DECORATION: underline
    }

    Works perfect for my white backgrounds, but I have some cells wiht a blue background and would like the links to be white instead of Black (Doesnt show up very nice). What would be the easiest way to do this?

    Thanks for any information you can give me.
