    INSET Effect Help


    Hello,

    I need some help with doing the css shadow inset effect for text. Basically i only have it working for one background.

    So i have a red background and the text needs to have the inset effect, etc... and i am having issues with it.

    Can anyone help

    As you can see, the headers that have the blue background also have the blue inset text (not on IE and i will address it later).

    Well if you down towards the bottom you will see 4 red buttons. I want to get the inset effect for that text as well. But whenever i try the results are poor.

    I know that there is a way of establishing it, but i get confused on what color to make the text and what color to make the shadow.
