Access 2003 List inside a List in a drop down box

Hi, I hope this isn't too confusing to ask. I need to create a drop down box for regions [ie. France, Italy, Germany] and when I select France [for example] I need to have it go to regions in France. I want it to be like in windows with the start button, when you go to programs or search, and then from there pull out to another category for more specific. Is there some way i could do this?

France -------------> Paris, etc.
Italy
Germany
