ACCESS - filtering dates

If you have an employee table and each time an employee takes a day off, you record the date. How do you make a report that will find and display ONLY employees who have dates that are less than 120 days apart??!!

I think there should be some way of doing this, but I can't figure out what.

Thanks in Advance

"apart" meaning if a person takes 1/1/2003, 2/4/2003, and 12/1/2003 off, I want the report to show me the 1/1/2003 and 2/4/2003 dates because the dates are less than 120 days apart from each other
