    ADOdb query - how to return an associate array?

    I can't figure out how to write an ADOdb query to retrieve the results as an associate array. Here is my current code
    PHP Code:
            // Get data to populate Computer fields

    $query "SELECT computer.conn, computer.proc, computer.ram, computer.vid
                        FROM computer
                       WHERE computer.uid =
    $uid";

            if (!
    $result $dbconn->Execute($query))

    $output->Text($dbconn->ErrorMsg());

            list(
    $comp) = $result->GetRows();
    The result is the array $comp which contains the four values.. however, I need to refer to them as $comp[conn] rather than $comp[0]

    ADOdb has the GetAssoc() function, but that places the results inside of $conn

    EDIT: I just noticed that this was the wrong forum to be posting this in. ADOdb is a PHP class designed to interact with multiple RDBMS' and as such the question belongs in the PHP forum. I will re-ask in the proper forum. Please delete this post.
