As400 error message "receiver too small"
We setup a new printer to send to an IPDS remote printer. We are getting the error above whenever we try to send to that print device. Does anyone know what this error is in relation to? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

check out the curline and see if its set to an integer or binary. If binary, try using an integer. If I recall, we had that problem about 2 years ago and that was the fix...if memory servers.
Oh, btw, don't you know its illegeal to run AIX now according to SCO? J/K I just had to say that... |

Excuse me?
You compare something like unix to OS/400? Receiver to small to hold result ? Does the error always occur or just with certain printjobs/spooled files? In the latter case, it might have something to do with spacings/ fonttypes or (even worse) the output itself.
