Cannot access database

Using database through ASP
I do not have the database opened.. and i am the admin of the computer

Error:

It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data. java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]

Database permission error

I've had a smiliar problem with Access connection on an NT network. The problem is that the permissions on the database do not allow for the Web Server to access it. I'm not certain which permission your server uses when it is connecting but test various permissions and you should find a fix.
