Changing '\' char to '/' on a huge Access db
I need to convert an Access db to MySQL. At first, no problemo when using Access2mysql.
The problem comes with one of the fields of the original access database. It contains windows paths to files, ie, c:\dir\file.ext. The conversion tool changes that to c:dirfile.ext, which is not cool. Is there any way to automate a string replace on the original access db? ps: impossible to do it by hand, the access db is 86000 registers long. |

solved. I exported the DB to an CVS file, then I searched and replaced that f@&~1ng char with a normal text editor, and then imported on a Access file.
