data requirerd for international business directory

Hello,

I am interested in producing an online industry specific business directory. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a company that could provide me with a CD of 'International' companies that I can transfer to my database. If not a CD then possibly a data stream to a web site.

I require information similar to the yellow pages that covers all countries in a specific industry.
