Datapump from growing CSV-file to database
I need a software that can read a contionously growing CSV file, that will also shrink to just about half the size (is not allowed to grow past 32KB). The data in the CSV file should be read every minute or maybe 5 minutes and new records INSERTED to a MySQL 5.5 database. Apparently MySQL triggers cannot be triggered by schedule or using intervals. I may move to MS SqlServer if that would work.
I have tested lots of Import tools and datapump software, and read specifications for quite many more, but cannot find anything suitable for either of the above mentioned databases.
Suggestions anyone?
