Hi,
I've just found a great tutorial on Devshed to administer a MySQL db through MS Access....tried it out and it worked. I'm trying to setup an Image Database of Australasian Birds but the database side is a challenge. I've set up a site without a db see (http://www.aviceda.org/ausbird) If anyone can help with 'form' control (I find this bit quite challenging)... and are there any tutorials for setting up a databases to include images? I am unclear on the term 'form control', but blob control is a frequently discussed topic. You can store the blob directly in the database or you can store a pointer or file location of the file inside the database that indicates where the file can be located.
