    Front End Tools

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's an existing front-end PHP or similar style tool that allows non-technical users to be able to submit data into my PostgreSQL database? I know PHP is fairly simple to learn and something can be coded in a day but I've never done this and wouldn't know where to even begin or what's possible.

The database in question has a table I created called 'software' and the database is configued as below:
    CREATE TABLE software
    software_id SERIAL PRIMARY KEY,
    software_vendor VARCHAR(100) NOT NULL,
    software_product VARCHAR(100) NOT NULL,
    software_count INT,
    software_warranty DATE NOT NULL,
    software_license VARCHAR(50) UNIQUE NOT NULL,
    software_owner VARCHAR(100) NOT NULL
So from the above we've got a generic / basic table showing details for all software. I just am looking for help with finding a front-end tool to allow users to submit the data via a form or browser. Anyone have any info?
