giving table access to limited users in MS SQL database

IF I AM USING MS SQL DATABASE CONTAINING say 20 TABLES , HOW CAN I RESTRICT USERS/ DEVELOPERS TO ACCESS ONE TABLE OUT OF 20 TABLES.BASICALLY I DON'T WANT THEM TO VIEW THE CONTENTS OF 1 TABLE. CAN I PROTECT THE TABLE WITH SOME KIND OF PASSWORD.MIND IT MY FELLOW DEVELOPERS ALSO SHARE THE SA PASSWORD OF THE WHOLE DATABASE . pROMPT REPLY WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

You can not protect or limit access to someone who is logged in as SA.

    dcaillouet is correct

You must revoke sa from all other users.

Create one or more user accounts with the required privileges but also remember to change the sa password so that others can no longer use it. There is a simple User Account tool in MS SQL that you can use to create and manage user accounts.

JAZZ - when you post could you please refrain from using all CAPS. Its considered shouting and also is harder to read.
