Question i want to create a multiple choice and store it in a database...

hi i 'm a newbe here, i want to create a CD-ROM using multiple choice forms bullets and maybe text, a login to have unique scores for each user. the questions will be about 50 the users thousands i am thinking using php and mysql can anyone suggest me anything else (VB and access?)and why.. does anybody know any tutorial creating multiple choice and store the score to a database?

if the form should be available on the web mysql and php do the job best. they are free and well documented too and there are tons of tutorials on the web.

the original will be for a cdrom but it may have usage on the web afterwards..
i am thinking of php and mysql too
