league tables..help i'm a newbie!

league tables..help i'm a newbie!

what i'm wanting to do sounds fairly complicated, but i think it might be simple. I run a website for a couple of football leagues and what i'm wanting to do is enter the results online and using php or mysql automatically generate the table.

i hope i'm making sense!

Hi

You'll need to create a couple of mysql tables such as 'teams' and 'results' and then write an admin area where you can enter these results - then you can pull them out of the database and present them in a table etc jusing PHP and HTML.
