Heya there @jamesjoey,
You didn't really give to many details. I'd suggesst taking a look at the DB managers below so you have a better idea of what is available out there, and perhaps that will help you also figure out exactly what you need.
Specifically for Acess database management you have AccDBMan and OpenGate Database Manager. I'd also suggest you check out Druid Database Manager which allow for graphical DB management and also take a look at IIS Database Manager which also allows remote DB management.
Just check them out, compare, see how they suit your requirements...
