Is it intended to integrate transparently with a Unix environment? In other words, can it actually be mounted and accessible from the command-line, just like ext3 in Linux? |

Also, noticed on Slashdot today, there is another database-backed filesystem coming out called Storage , using PostgreSQL as it's backend. (tlsystem from the first post uses FireBird).
I'll have to admit that I find it kind of ironic that Storage, a Gnome/GNU project, uses PostgreSQL, which is BSD-licensed . Still, it looks like we are in for a lot of DB/filesystem fun soon .
