Hi All,
Getting the error messages below when attempting to access a certain record. Has anyone seen this before or can anyone provide more info on what might be the cause and how to correct it? I looked it up and said it's caused when the device where data resides is offline, but I don't believe that's the case here, as the rest of the database appears to be working fine. The following error has occurred: ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 4 (block # 793986) ORA-27069: skgfdisp: attempt to do I/O beyond the range of the file OSD-04026: Invalid parameter passed. (OS 793986) The error occurs only on a particular record... Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Sgaucho |

Check for offline files! Check also the size of the file, it might be too big. Take a look also on Metalink.
