Exclamation Postgres and mysql database open

I have two computers and one has a database i want to transfer to another computer that does not have that database on it. The one that has a database on it is linux OS and the one I want to have the database on it is windows. Can someone help?

I have a mysql database on a linux server. I want to copy that database via compand line or drag and drop to a usb. I have a windows 7 os that I want the database on the linux computer to be on the windows os. Can you tell me the process needed to do this???

This is not how database servers work.

And how does PostgreSQL come into play here?
