query that doesnt display the last field
is there anyway inside access , like in the query wizard in the criteria tyo make it not show the last empty field?

You can either remove the field from the query rules, or uncheck the "Show" checkbox. If you've done a table.*, you'll have to change this to each individual field.

im not sure what you mean mate,
but if you look at the attached file, ive blurred out the data but in the query wizard is there anyting in the wizard that allows the field at the bottom not to show? the blank one waiting for you to input some data in? |

Pic helped. That's not what I thought you were talking about at all. I don't know of any way to get rid of that; it's how you add new records.

thats after the query is run, cos here
http://imdasp.infj.ulst.ac.uk/stefa...j_scroller.html it shows the one record displaying, but the blank one is still there fromt he database! |
