Unhappy Seeking Info On tables linked in MS Access and MySQL

Folks, Can someone help me out with this problem.
I have linked a MS Access database to a MySQL database. Now, when I update records in the MS Access database only the records in the even rows are getting updated. Records in the Odd rows cannot be updated.
Please help me out with this.
Thanks,
A

Is logging turned on? Is so, can you see if the transactions are being written to the log. Does this happen for all tables? Can you create a test table and see what happens with DML?

Yes you can use MyODBC and MSQuery.

Transfer problem

I tried it out using MyODBC and MSExcel. The way I did it was...
Tools>> Import External Data>> New Database Query and I imported the data. I dont know if you were talking of doing it this way or is there some other way of transfering it.

By the method described above I am able to import the MySQL data but I cannot modify it as we can do it in MS Access.
Is there a solution to this problem. Let me know.

Appreciate ur help.

Thanks,
A

Are you familiar with VBA? One possibility is to write vba functions that communicate back to the database via the MyODBC.
