Unable to Save Changes to Database

Currently work with an RSS Reader acquired from LearnVisualStudio and Bob Tabor's examples and trying to save changes to a database, unfortunately that's not happening for some reason. I've got an a database, set as rss.mdf in my solution and I've got the Copy To Output Directory set as "Copy Always". Yet whenever I add or delete anything from my application to the database, it never shows up in the database when I open the rss.mdf file in the explorer to view it.

Any ideas?
