Unknown Database Format

I was hoping someone could help he find out the format of this database file. The name and extension is motion.db. I don' think that it is Paradox. I attached the file for your information. It should not be PW protected any thing. I would love to know how to edit records in this file.

The file is also at home.earthlink.net/~thehampsons on the home page
