I am new to all this so thanks for bearing with me...

Our company currently uses Microsoft's Business Contact Manager as our main database. With this said, the lack of connectivity when out of the office is proving to be an issue and we'd really like to move to a cloud based service.

Our needs are fairly straightforward:
- Ability to input accounts and contacts
- Ability to assign clients to sales managers
- Ability to track email communication history (this may be the difficult part)

A way to import all our BCM contacts so we can avoid a manual transfer would also be nice, but not essential..

There are plenty of CRM options but they are far more extensive than we need (and pricey!)...

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
