Can not access DB2 Database Windows XP Pro

I have Windows Xp Pro and have recently sent up a database with IBM Db2 latest express edition. At Db2 installation, I set up another windows account that is also an admin account. However, I am having one heck of a time because the security in Windows XP Pro is not allowing access. I set up the same database in Windows Home and no issues.

In the Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Security Settings, Local Policies, User Rights Assignment, Access this computer from the network Properties I Add both users (both admin accounts) from both of my windows accounts and then click ok.I see that they are added and close it. Then everything works great for less than 5 minutes, then these settings disappear and I start getting the same error that I cannot connect to the database setup on my second Windows account.

Certainly, the fix to this must be easy just knowing how to edit the settings. I had never heard of these settings going away almost as if they are on a timer. If you have any way of addressing this problem I would greatly appreciated.

Did you get any solution to this. I am also facing the similar issue in one of the Windows XP Pro machines.
