Exclamation Creating Procedure in Db2

Hi,
I am new to db2 on as/400. This question might be very simple for many of you but I don't know from where to start.

I am using green screen interface for DB2 on As/400. I want to learn how to create a proecure in DB2 on as/400. Say for example if I want to create a procecure which opens a partcular table (fix table name) and travers through it and displays no of records to start with. I don't know how to start. Pl. help with this. Also tell me what exact commands I should give on green screen to start the editor and how to save and finally execute. If the Table Name is DATATEAM/TMP1.

Pl. tell me weather I have to write it in C or COBOL ? And how to check also weather I have complilers for these languages.

I hope I am not asking for too many thing.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards
