DB2 Express-C (XP Home) - Licensing error - JDBC

Hi there,

A small challenge for all you 'DB2 Gurus' out there !!!

I downloaded DB2 Express-C for XP Home from the following site :

(URL address blocked: See forum rules)

I was able to install it without any probelm, but then had problem creating the 'Sample' database using 'First Steps' option. Found the solution below :

(URL address blocked: See forum rules)=13872368&cat=19&thread=136329&treeDisplayType=threadmode1&forum=842#13872368.

Now when I am trying to run a sample Java Applet I am getting the following lincensing error message. I have checked all my Environment variables including CLASSPATH. Everything looks OK to me.

The version of the IBM Universal JDBC driver in use is not licensed for connectivity to QDB2/NT databases. To connect to this DB2 server, please obtain a licensed copy of the IBM DB2 Universal Driver for JDBC and SQLJ. An appropriate license file db2jcc_license_*.jar for this target platform must be installed to the application classpath

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Bonna
