db2 or Orcale?

Hi everyone,

I'm a RDBM newbie, I'm considering taking some database courses. It will be either db2 or orcale? Which one is better in terms of industry popularity and practical uses?
All respones are greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

compare the number of posts in the oracle forum to the number in the db2 forum - itl give you a pretty good idea.
