Hi,

is 'comment' a valide column name in DB2 v7.2 ?

Comment is a keywork like timestamp, date, select, etc so I'd think it isn't a valid column name.

I think a comment is not a normally selectable column, but goes along with all the meta data collected in the DB2 catalog. Were you querying catalog data for the table, you could get to.
