A security thing

Hi,

I have some files which i want to secure them from others. I thought of creating a password protected folder and put these files in it. Any help or code on how to do this would be really appreciated.

Forgot to mention i am new in delphi programming.

You have to think of the implications of what you asking for. Any program that will write files to my computer that I cannot delete, I just do not want on my system.

If your real requirement is that you don't want your user's to be able to see the contents, then I suggest you encrypt the files, there are several encryption components that would work. Here's one such component and it's free...
