Delphi and DB problems

I'm currently writing a program in Delphi which makes the following: it uses Gaus method to resolve linear mathematical equations(sorry if i', using wrong terms but the mathematical one are not my priority). It has a DBGrid in the first form, a data module with DBTable and DBDataSource, a form changing the matrix size(the number of fields and records in the db) which is still not working and some other stuff. My biggest problem at this moment is that I can't create an empty db runtime and make my table active. The procedure for opening the db fails. In fact the procedure for creating the db fails and thus the opening one. If I use another db the opening procedure works fine. I'm using Delphi 7 Enterprise. The program is located at: URL
