Filtering a RadioGroup selection

Hi, I'm looking for a little help with filtering for a search on an Access database (using ADOTable to connect). I've got it filtering criteria from Edit and ComboBoxes fine, but I'm not sure how to go about filtering criteria from a RadioGroup.

Anyone know how I get it filtering for a RadioGroup?
