Is it possible to create log file in delphi ?

Is it possible to create log file in delphi ?
I surf the internet regarding this a lot... but i couldn't find the exact data....
If it is possible means,help me with some basic examples for creating and accessing the log file.....

Many ways here are a few you can lookup.

TFileStream.
Any TStrings descendant has a SaveToFile method.
TMemoryStream also has a SaveToFile method.
