JCL help! (need some help installing it)

I am really hoping that someone can help me here, I have just downloaded the JVCL (JEDI Visual Component Library) and JCL (JEDI Code Library)

I have installed JVCL some are working without JCL installed but alot don't but my problem is I can't get JCL to install, I have read all through the install.txt and used the install.bat file but I always get this error when I click on it

"Invalid directory"

and

"Fatal: Unable to open makefile
cannot find file 'jcl\bin\JediInstaller.exe' (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

The version of JCL is 1.90 Build 1400

I hope somebody can help with this as these JEDI components are awesome and as i'm new to programming and Delphi I would really like to get using them untill I am able to make my own.

I think that this may have something to do with my enviroment variables?? or my path? (I just can't get used to this and always get confused!)
