Minimaze "functions"

Hello this aint really a programming question, it is about the "software" itself

When your programming you can minimaze code parts (whole functions)

but when i close my application and open it again they have expanded again, is there a way to save the state or start all minimazed?

also are you able to create an "group" so you can minimaze another code part that does not have a expand/minimaze button?
