Output exe only runs if EDI consol is open
Hi Guys,
 I'm experiencing a problem that my Complied exe does not run on its own. It only runs if the development consol is open. I have not experienced it before with my other projects. Delphi 3 on WinME. I just installed and used a TEmailServer shareware component from Citisoft (chithai.com) What causes it?  I'll ask them too, but I also hope that at least one of you have ran into a similar problems before  Thanks in advance, szaboferi

Maybe you have to register the shareware component first?

Yes M. Hirsch you are right. I got an answer back from Citisoft almost immediately and they said that most of the trialware Delphi components work this way. They only run if the component is registered. Hm, good to know.
