    Very High Precision Pulse

Hi all, I need a snippet which can delay in microseconds. Someone suggested that I try using QueryPerformanceCounter
This is quite accurate, but I need more accuracy, example:
pulse(myprocedure, 28,32,1000). Here I simply want to run MyProcedure 28 microseconds ON and 32 microseconds off a 1000 times. Please note that I am prepared to pay for this snippet. I have tried Guru and Freelancer etc, but they are not interested in small work like this. I really need this code

I don't think you are going to acquire the precision you're looking for from your standard Windows OS. You may be able to get a Windows Server edition that can do High Performance, but it really sounds like you need a Real Time Operating System (RTOS).
