SOAP protocol breaches URLScan

Hi there!

Having a slight problem with using SOAP with Delphi. The call is structured as www.name.com.au/process.dll/soap. URLScan sees the . within the string and denies execution. I don't really want to remove that denial from URLscan. Is there another way to structure the URL so that SOAP will recognise and run the process? Thank you in advance.
