Tech Question

Ok this is really complicated. I have an application that organizes all my movies, music, Games, Etc....

Now with my movies and stuff i have it so that you can take the plot and paste it into the area, as well as director, main charactors, ratings and length of the movie. That is a time consuming.

I want to make it so that when I type in the name of my movie, it automatically pulls it from IMDB.com. I have no idea how to start this nor do i have any idea what i could do. Iam newer at this, i mostly ever messed around with VB and some C.
If someone could maybe give me code samples or just help me along it would be greatly appriciated.
