text in memo box
Is there a way to write formatted text (i.e. with escape characters) to a memo box? Whenever I try to do so, it doesn't recognize escape characters, newlines, etc. I'm using C++ Builder 6.
Thanks! |

I think it has to do with the character set being used. Most characters appear as thin boxes for me. Have you tried using a RichEdit box?

Rich edit boxes ended up being the solution. In my app it would have been cleaner to keep things as memo boxes, but the change worked fine. Thanks for the reply!
