To get StoredProcedureNames
Are there any ways to get StoredProcedureNames other than using ADO or Session component ?

You could use TStoredProc. Alternatively, you could use a tool that comes with your database engine. For example, in SQL Server, you can use the Enterprise Manager or Query Analyzer to list all available stored procedures.
