I took a closer look at your screenshots, and you were missing a couple important entries in the folder. There should be a folder in that directory named 'cache' and a file named 'ArenaConstants.ini'. I would expect the absence of either to result in exceptions (though still a little different than the what you're seeing). If you decide to spend any more time on it check to be sure everything unzipped correctly.

Just installed .NET v2 and it works great!!!!

Note: you spelled thief wrong under the money fieldset. This is pretty cool, I can try creating this in python and make it more portable. I'm learning py btw so this is gonna take a while
