Any budding thievs out there who have managed to get a steal attempt to work? And if so, do you get to choose who to steal from?

Yes, I stole 20 from Sep and it worked. Then I tried to steal 20
from you for revenge after you beat me, and it said the attempt
failed and I lost 20 of my own - I dunno if the system just took it
from me, or if it was awarded to you.

Ahhh, so you can pick how much? Presumably if you fail you lose the money? Hmm, wouldn't it be nice if you were told (even anonymously) that you had gained/lost money via stealing.

You get 0.25 per shout, but what have you done to get 0.21?

Do you get a choice on how much to steal or is it always 20 (or depend one your level)
