Here's an idea- posts should give xp in proportion to your current level. As you level up, it takes longer and longer to gain new levels because the xp required goes up much faster than your ability to take out monsters. Having the xp gained from posting scale up with your level would encourage posting in the forums and help us move between levels faster- as it is who is gonna care about an extra 10xp for a post when that's only .01% of your next level.
