Suggestion: Gem Banking
Yeah.

Make it something like you have to bank at least 10 gems at a time, and it costs a gem or two to bank, though.

That would be very nice.

Hell yes - got 24 kills, 2 gems and about to start a new day, get a kill and get weapon upgraded. Walk out of Inn and get robbed of ... 2 gems ... bugger it!!!
Somewhere safe to store gems would be nice.
