Why should we fight those stronger monsters?
I find it amusing that the stronger your monster opponent is, the lesser advantage you have in the exp points gained. Like, to fight Munmar with 40HP, we get 45 exp, but if we fight another one with 400 HP, we get only 90 EXP. So everyone will prefer fighting Munmar twice than fighting that bigger monster once, coz of less damage we ll be inflicted!
Am I wrong anywhere? ![]()

True. That's why I only fight Behemoths. There is no point fighting a monster with 3 times more HP than Behemoth when it's only worth an extra 25 EXP!
The EXP reward should be directly related to the number of hitpoints the monster has.

Now I understand why there are so many less players fighting the stronger monsters (no. of battles). This is certainly a point to be looked into!
And to add one more thing, are the cash awarded after winning the battle random? or is there any rule in calculating that?I mean the money got from 'quick search of the corpse'? |

It's mostly random I think - but I think it is more likely to get a large amount if you are fighting a tougher monster.

Sure, you don't lose as much HP fighting munmar vs some other bots. But as you level up you can do better than munmar. Right now I can take out grim gaze with one blow, so munmar looks pretty worthless.
The real reason though, is that time is as much a limiting factor as HP into how fast you can gain a level. I fight behemoth because in the time it takes me to beat behemoth once (usually 4 attacks or fewer) I get as much exp as fighting munmar more than 7 times, or fighting grim gaze 5 times. So it cuts down the number of battles I have to fight to get the same xp by at least of factor of 5. If I start with nearly full health in the morning, and taking into account healing through the work day and that I lose an average of 160hp each battle with behemoth I can get through 16-18 battles vs behemoth, maybe a few more. That's 5600 - 6300XP. To get the same xp fighting munmar would take well over 100 battles. I think next level I'll be able to consistently beat abizoah with one hit. Then the economics may start to change somewhat as 4 attacks to abizoah for 360xp (90each) is greater than 4 hits to behemoth for 350 xp. Except that I'll miss about 1 in 4 and have to take a 5 attack somewhere in there, so behemoth still works out better. Finally, I can still take advantage of weaker monsters after my HP gets too low to take on behemoth, but in the meantime the payoff is too much better.
