Wait a minute... what's the h in your equations (and how long did it take you to get all that stuff lined up?)?

Planck's constant: h = 6.626E-34 J*s.

science....... in a way..... when it gets to the quantum physics...... takes a step towards your thinking..... and seemingly becomes lateral world of mess..... (to often people try to simplyfy it btw) .......

maybe science has progressed into post-modernism, but without the skeptism?

DAN!!!!

The current theory being batted around by scientists is that there are 11 dimensions in total. And in one of the higher dimensions, there are an infinite number of universes floating around (the size of this dimension is only a few millimetres aparently).

This idea leads onto giving an explanation of how the big bang occured. Their idea is that two universes collided, creating the 'spark' that started the big bang.

NB:

This information was from a BBC program i saw a few months ago and has been heavily para-phrased.

I'm not familiar with that theory, but from the look of it I'd suggest that there is an infinite number of spacetimes in that higher dimension, whereas the universe is the entire 11D thing. (This is just nitpicking; but I've argued elsewhere in this thread that there is only one universe and would not want to give the idea up just because of extra dimensions.)

Du'uhhh Ctb....

All of Microsoft's ideas must come from the Limbo in the 12th dimension then...

Idea 1: "Bilk Customers, make money"
Idea 2: "Bilk Customers, make money"
Idea 3: "Bilk Customers, make money"

(repeat ad nauseam for 10^10^n years)
