A new administrator floating around -

Anyone noticed the new administrator floating around on the forums? Or is it just that Zeus forgot his login details... A big hello from the new admin would be nice

If you take a look at the Forum Leaders at the bottom of the main page you can see the admins (and the mods btw). It appears Jcaputo (May 6th) isn't the only new one, there's also md_doc (May 7th) and ducani (May 7th)

Maybe the admins decided they needed a name change

I currently live in Connecticut but will be relocating down to Ft. Lauderdale shortly.

I used to race motorcycles and pretty much love all things with engines or electronics.

I wrote a little book for kids about the webhosting industry and it can be found at amazon just by doing a search on my name.

I have appeared multiple times on a national radio show called graveline.com to promote the book and a previous business I used to own called webhosters.com.

Not really sure what else to say but if you want to know I would be willing to answer questions.

Well, I'm curious what your relation (or that of the 3 other new guys) is to DevShed.. so why are you an admin
Are you part of the Developer Shed-team and if so, why did you become an admin now and not earlier. Or did they take over some other company recently?

Anyway, if you think this is none of my business that's ok

All I can really say on that subject is I am not allowed to say anything about how I became an admin, well besides the logical someone set me up with an admin account, but somehow I doubt that is what you are looking for.

Hopeflly I will be able to give you some answers to those questions really soon though and hopefully everyone will be excited about it.

Well that's a little odd. Some of us put a lot of time/energy into these forums, and would like to be apprised (sp?) of major changes.

Oh well. No one is keeping anyone here, if things change the community and leadership will change as well. Hopefully for the better, possibly for the worse.
